First of all I just want to wish a HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR for all whose celebrating it :)

 

So back to the main purpose of this post now:)

I chanced upon this amazing product when I was watching one of Samantha Schuerman videos on YouTube. This is my first product ever from Lorac and it's proven to be a GOOD first step.

I fell in love as soon as I laid my eyes on it and truth be told it is really an amazing blush .

Behold this awesomeness...

 

 

I will share a few swatches for reference and then proceed to share with you  how I feel about it.

My Thoughts

Ever wanted a blush that gives a nice sheen and glow to your cheeks without emphasising your pores???

 I like how it is able to give me the glow that I love without it being too much. Even though you can clearly see the shimmers on the swatches above, believe me that the shimmers doesn't translate as such on your cheeks and it definitely DOES NOT emphasise your pores.

As much as I love the MAC MSFs, they do emphasise my pores at times and that is really not the look that I want.

In tems of packaging, it is definitely not the most sleek that you can find as I really don't like anything that has a clear lid as it looks kind of cheap. But on the other hand, it does help when you want to be quick and you can clearly see what colour you're reaching for. Furthermore the packaging is made of a much sturdier kind of plastic.

As for staying power, I am happy to report that it lasted the whole day on me during the days that I wore it. It didn't even budge or looked worn off.

I personally got it from BEAUTY.COM website online for USD$24 using Vpost by the help of my Trusted Fatin.

I definitely think it's worth every penny and I am looking forward to trying other colours.

This will be the last blogpost for 2011 and this year has been great for me as I am blessed to be with my Love Ones. I have started to blog actively again and have even started doing  YouTube videos.

Hi Babes.

 

Last week the family and I had a nice relaxing getaway trip to POrt Dickson in Malaysia. For those who haven't been there before it's basically like a small town that is popular for its beach resorts.

 

I had a nice stay at the Avilion Admiral Cove. The room was quite big compared to other resorts I've been to before. The service was also not bad but just to take note there is no room service at all and there isn't any shops or whatsoever nearby. It's great if you came by car so that it's more convinient for you to travel around.

But on a side note, this trip was bought from a deal from Groupon. The deal included a Return coach trip and a 2D1N stay with breakfast.

I shall not mentioned whatever company's name here but the coach actually left us in shock when they didn't pick us up at the hotel to go home. Apparently, they were on strike and refused to take us.

Lucky for us the hotel staff were very nice in arranging our trip home. Thanks Avilion Admiral Cove!!!

 

On a happy note, we had so much fun and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There is also a private beach if you're interested in doing some water activites or basking under the sun or in my case the rain as it is the monsoon season now.

 

 

There is also a Kids playroom available for you to keep your kids busy. Or perhaps to keep us adults busy as well.. Hehe

 

They also have a nice pool for both the kids and adults

 

And of course after all that's done, you just go explore more. They have fish feeding to make things fun for the kids.

But beware it's quite dangerous as the waters are about 40m deep. But they do let the kids wear lifejacket for safety.

Hey Babes...

Last weekend I had a party thrown for my babyboy's 1st Birthday. Just wanted to share with you some of the moments and the look I had for that day..

 

 

Time flies really fast. I can't believe that my baby is 1 year old now. He is already walking fast and steadily now. How I wish that he just stays cute and little. But hey thay all grow up.. :)

 

Makeup wise, I decided to do a heavy party party look...
