ASOS Mini Earrings Haul

Apr01

Hey Babes...

I'm really excited to share with you cause I think I snagged these items at a really good price.

This is the 1st pair that I got and I didn't realise that it was actually a clip on earring. But it's quite well made and sturdy. I really love chunky accessories like this.

The next one is a classic and simple one that I feel every one should have. It's just sosimple yet Chic without it being too much.

The last pair is something that I've been meaning to get for ages... It's soo pretty but the flaw is that the feathers can get a little bit messed up.

That wraps up my mini haul from Asos and I believe the items that I have shown are still available on their clearance items section.

Thanks for reading!!!

Depotting NARS Blushes

Mar09

Hey Babes...

Yesterday night was an emotional night for me as I had to Finally depot my Nars blushes into a Zpalette.

As many of you know Nars packaging are notoriously known to go haywire after a few years. They start to melt as they are made of rubberised material and they get filthy and it starts to get really hard to clean.

I'm going to share with you how simple it is to depot them. But do note to be really CAREFUL!!!

These are the few things that you need

Once you have the tools, the rest are relatively easy.

After about 5 minutes , you will be able to feel that the bottom of the blush is hot and that is the time to start 'wiggling' the blush out of the packaging.

Don't let it heat up for too long as you wouldn't want to burn the rubber material itself, you just want to let it heat enough to melt the glue.

At this point, be extra careful when handling the metal pan as it is really hot, so avoid touching it with your hands. Just place it on  top of the kitchen towel and let it cool down for few seconds.

Once it cools down, then you can proceed to label the blush.

I also depotted the cream blush and you do have to be faster when handling cream blushes.

Do not leave it on for too long as they will melt and it will be hard for you to take it out of the packaging.

I hope it's been useful and Please Please be Careful when depotting your makeup ...

THANKS FOR READING

LOTD Feat LANCOME C10 Eyeshadow Palette

Feb05

Hey Loves..

I recently received this Lancome eyeshadow palette as a prize for MAKEUPSTASH giveaway during December if I'm not wrong.

Thanks to her and the Loreal generosity, I get to try Lancome eyeshadows for the first time.

I am going to include swatches and also show a look that I had on using all of the five colours in the palette.

I did a subtle smoky look using this palette yesterday concentrating the darkest colour as a liner and going lighter as it fades up to the crease.

I added really nice pop of colour in the inner corner using the far right middle colour that's really pretty and shimmery.

I also tried pairing it up with a pinkish colour on the lips by putting a layer of Revlon's Lip Butter in Lollipop on top of the nude Bobbi Brown Rich Lip Colour in Bare Pink that I had on earlier.

That's all and thanks for reading !!!

Review : LORAC BAKED MATTE SATIN BLUSH in EXPOSED

Jan23

Hi Loves

First of all I just want to wish a HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR for all whose celebrating it :)

So back to the main purpose of this post now:)

I chanced upon this amazing product when I was watching one of Samantha Schuerman videos on YouTube. This is my first product ever from Lorac and it's proven to be a GOOD first step.

I fell in love as soon as I laid my eyes on it and truth be told it is really an amazing blush .

Behold this awesomeness...

I will share a few swatches for reference and then proceed to share with you  how I feel about it.

Here's me wearing it lightly...

My Thoughts

Ever wanted a blush that gives a nice sheen and glow to your cheeks without emphasising your pores???

I like how it is able to give me the glow that I love without it being too much. Even though you can clearly see the shimmers on the swatches above, believe me that the shimmers doesn't translate as such on your cheeks and it definitely DOES NOT emphasise your pores.

As much as I love the MAC MSFs, they do emphasise my pores at times and that is really not the look that I want.

In tems of packaging, it is definitely not the most sleek that you can find as I really don't like anything that has a clear lid as it looks kind of cheap. But on the other hand, it does help when you want to be quick and you can clearly see what colour you're reaching for. Furthermore the packaging is made of a much sturdier kind of plastic.

As for staying power, I am happy to report that it lasted the whole day on me during the days that I wore it. It didn't even budge or looked worn off.

I personally got it from BEAUTY.COM website online for USD$24 using Vpost by the help of my Trusted Fatin.

I definitely think it's worth every penny and I am looking forward to trying other colours.

Do let me know what's your Favourite Glowy blush that you've tried and Have you tried any of Lorac products before???

MUACKZ!!!
